Abstract

Objective: Bi-allelic mutations in PRKN lead to early onset Parkinson disease (PD), yet there are contradicting results regarding the role of heterozygous PRKN mutations in PD. Herein, we aimed to examine the effect of heterozygous PRKN single nucleotide variants (SNV) and copy number variation (CNV) in PD.
