Abstract

City construction on a large scale brings fast, strongly, extensively and obviously for disturbance of geological environment. For example, development of underground space on a large scale in city, fall of underground water table, adoption of overlength piles foundation and action of city construction load, etc. affects change of structure and properties on geological body and ground soil. The change of mechanical characteristic of geological body and ground soil affects partially or wholly site classification and dynamic properties, accordingly influence resonance characteristic of ground soil and construction. Above variety will influence parameters of overlay soil layer, such as variety of shear wave velocity, simultaneously predominant period of ground soil will be also changed. City construction load influences directly resonance characteristic of ground and construction by changing character of geological body, which makes intensity of seismic disaster different. This paper chiefly expounds factors in city construction which influences structure varieties of geological body, and analyses interrelation between geological body, ground soil structure and predominant period, and plans main research ideas and implements case analysis. Analysis indicated that it was very much important to research question of interrelation between city construction and the ground soil predominant period variation, which it is not available to be avoided for city geological environment safety. change the properties of site and ground soil. The change of city geological environment influenced by city construction is same as to change of ground soil influenced by construction load. Despite their difference in complexity and size, it is both common that the structure of geological body and ground soil structure have been changed, and the last characteristics of geological body and ground soil have been also changed. Under the background which the city vibration increases day by day, city geologic body and ground soil vibration characteristic will affect its predominant period. At present, earthquake resistance and reducing disaster research has expanded from the individual project to entire city region. In this process, it is an important to research above question, which it is not available to be avoided for city geological environment safety in the city safety involved, And it is also an important subject relating to urban continuable development.
