Abstract
Purpose. The reserch of current state of contracted companies on basis of competitiveness indicators is an actual, taking into account dynamic changes in the construction markets in context of Ukrainian regions. Methodology. This formulation of task takes the leading role already because the contracted companies are basic organizational structures for making of completed projects and provision of construction services. In the analysis center of construction services markets there is calculation of the competitiveness index, based on indicators of volume of construction works by domestic contractors. Findings. There is an analysis of current state of domestic construction markets based on theoretical and statistical data. The positive dynamics of construction sector development has been highlighted, statistical analysis of these indicators, based on construction works volumes of the past years in context of the regions of Ukraine was implemented. It has been determined that conjuncture of construction markets has medium, mostly small, competitiveness indicators; there is an uneven development and formation of domestic construction sector. Originality. The concept of «instability» of construction market conjuncture has been formed, The main factors causing identified instability on construction markets, their impact on level of economic management of contracted companies were researched. Practical value. Theoretical and methodological analysis tools are indicators of competitiveness level, which are defined as leading in research of instability in construction markets.
