Abstract

Building electrical system is a kind of system to manage building electricity, which is an important system to ensure the normal realization of building function. Building lighting, elevators, and air conditioning are inseparable from the support of the building electrical system. Building electrical subsystems are large in number, large in scale, complex in systems, difficult to research, and have a high probability of failure, and the types of failures are also complex and diverse, so the building electrical system fault diagnosis technology is particularly important, building electrical, as one of the core technology of the whole building system, on how to use modern science and technology promote the reliability and stability of the building electrical system fault diagnosis put forward higher requirements. This paper introduces the composition of the building electrical system and the current domestic and foreign research results in building electrical fault diagnosis, and analyzes four methods of building electrical fault diagnosis, namely: fault diagnosis method based on signal processing system, fault diagnosis method based on analytical model, fault diagnosis method based on classification, fault diagnosis method based on knowledge, as well as their characteristics and application provide some reference value for future researchers.
