Abstract

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of postpartum breast feeding and the effect of staged nursing intervention. Methods From February 2016 to March 2017, 100 cases of cesarean section primitives in a community in Huizhou, Guangdong province were selected.Those who did not insist on breastfeeding for 1 month after delivery were included in the observation group, and those who insisted on breastfeeding were included in the control group, and the factors affecting breastfeeding were analyzed.At the same time, the observation group was randomly divided into A group and B group with 30 cases each.At the same time, the observation group was randomly divided into group A and group B with 30 cases each.Group A received staged nursing care, while group B received routine nursing care.The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) and general self-efficacy scale (BSES) were compared before and after the intervention, and the changes of breast-feeding rate after the intervention were recorded. Results This group of postpartum 1 month adhere to breastfeeding 40 cases and breastfeeding rate was 40%(40/100). The rate of low awareness of breast-feeding, contact with milk substitutes during pregnancy, feeding of milk powder during hospitalization, postpartum depression, and general support of the husband to breast-feeding in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS scores of group A were lower than those of group B, and BSES score and health literacy scores in group A were higher than those in group B(P<0.05). At 3 months, 6 months and 8 months postpartum, the rate of exclusive breastfeeding in group A was significantly higher than that in group B(P<0.05). Conclusions The rate of breast-feeding in the first month after delivery of cesarean section is generally low, and staged nursing intervention can significantly improve their bad mood, improve their confidence in breast-feeding and the rate of exclusive breast-feeding, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
