Abstract

T The level of job satisfaction depends on the ability to cope up with the several factors which have been divided in five category by the researcher namely: Monetary Satisfaction and Working Conditions, Working Environment, Team Work, Job Satisfaction, Stress. The investigation studied total of 240 subjects (employees) selected for the study, 60 employees from each hotel were selected randomly from the three existing management level of the 5 star hotels in Udaipur city. For interpretation, researchers chiefly used SPSS and MS EXCEL for classifying, coding, and fractionizing raw facts into processed meaningful themes. Current investigation demonstrates that employee’s job satisfaction dependent on various factors. Although, high level of job satisfaction exists but its more evident by this research that apart from monetary benefits even organization culture leads from low level of job satisfaction to reach on their higher apex level of job satisfaction.
