Abstract

The development of new energy vehicles is the certain way for our country to move from a major automobile country to a powerful automobile country. As the “benchmark” industry of the emerging economy, the development of the new energy automobile industry is driving the development of China’s advanced manufacturing industry and the construction of a modern industrial system. The large-scale application of new energy vehicles and their synergy with renewable energy will have a profound impact on ensuring our country’s energy security and achieving the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality. This article collects the national energy structure statistics of the United States, Japan, France, and China, analyzes the ratios of the different total energy used in different countries, and concludes that the development and utilization of new energy must be an important branch of the future development of the world. Then, this article discusses the current hot new energy industry-charging and swapping points for new energy vehicles, and researches on the layout of urban swap stations-that is, to determine which locations in the urban area are the most reasonable for placing swap stations. For this reason, this paper establishes a mathematical model to study the layout optimization of substations in cities. This paper also selects a certain city in China as a case study, taking some urban components, such as living quarters and their number of households, the location of buildings and the surrounding environment, as the main decisive factors, so as to determine which locations in the city are suitable for new energy vehicles. Change station coordinates.
