Abstract
Objective To study the method of first aid for severe multiple trauma.Methods The emergency data of 236 case of severe multiple trauma were retrospectively analyzed.Results 223 cases were successful rescued and 13 cases died.Conclusions Scientific judgments and rescued of mortal wound were needed for emergency of severe multiple trauma.Patients that were in different serious degree should be prioritized,intensively observed and given effective treatments.Standardized emergency method with strict process could save time for successful first aid and become solid foundation for later treatment and rehabilitation.
