Abstract

Regional integrated energy system(RIES) is the specific realization link of integrated energy system(IES), and is an important part of solving the problems of new energy absorption and environmental pollution aggravation. With the development of energy utilization and social environment, carbon emissions trading has linked environmental benefit and economic benefit. Therefore, how to achieve the economic and environmental benefits of the system while operating safely and steadily should be focused for RIES. However, the existing optimization schemes are not considered enough in feasibility or system stability check. For this purpose, this paper establishes a linear model of RIES operation optimization. In this paper, the penalty function of pollution be introduced, and the environmental factor and economic indicators be effectively unified. This paper proposes the comprehensive cost indicators, and analyses the comprehensive cost minimization under the steady-state constraints of power flow. A RIES case system is analyzed in this paper. The calculation and analysis based on the RIES case shows that the comprehensive operation cost index and optimization model can be effectively used for system operation optimization, taking into account the economy and environmental protection of system operation, ensuring the lowest comprehensive operation cost, and verifying the effectiveness of the optimization results through the RIES comprehensive energy efficiency and RIES stability verification and assessment indicators.
