Abstract
目的 了解2007至2008年广州市职业病网络直报情况.方法 采用2007至2008年广州市职业病报告网络直报系统进行统计分析.结果 职业病网络直报口本级用户开通覆盖率为100.00%,直报用户开通覆盖率为100.00%.直报用户尘肺病报告卡及职业病报告卡覆盖率100.00%,直报用户有毒有害作业工人健康监护卡覆盖率2007年为70.00%,2008年为36.36%.直报用户作业场所职业病危害因素监测卡覆盖率2007年为80.00%,2008年为72.73%.2008年与2007年相比,有毒有害作业工人健康监护网络直报企业数同比增长35.36%,疑似职业病检出率下降0.85%;有毒有害作业场所职业病危害因素定点监测网络直报企业数同比增长72.94%,实测率由2007年的84.92%上升为93.25%,合格率由2007年的81.99%上升为85.07%;2007年报告各类职业病27例,其中来自体检机构14例,2008年报告各类职业病35例,其中来自体检机构20例.结论 职业病报告网络直报工作需加强落实,疑似职业病的后处理有待加强。
