Abstract

In this paper, an analysis of cooperative cognitive radio network (CCRN) with many transceivers at every cognitive radio (CR) has been approached over Nakagami-n (Rician) faded environment. The CRs which operate using improved energy detectors (IEDs) apply selection combining (SC) and build decision statistics attained through IEDs for generating hard decisions with reference to primary user (PU). In order to get the final decision regarding PU, we test various hard decision combining operations which include majority, AND and OR rules at fusion center (FC). With the fusion rules, analogy has been accomplished for various average signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) samples. The implementation has been determined via connection with missed detection and false alarm probabilities. The implementation is also measured in relation with total error probability (TEP) for various samples of IED parameter (p), distinct count of transceivers and CRs. Even the influence of Rician fading parameter on detection performance is too stipulated.
