This article underscores the significance of the mining industry while acknowledging the detrimental environmental and social repercussions typically associated with conventional mining practices. This paper introduces the transformative concept of green mining construction, which seeks to seamlessly merge the mining sector with environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and economic viability. The article highlights that the adoption of sustainable strategies within green mining construction can amplify carbon sequestration effects, concurrently curbing carbon emissions and bolstering carbon absorption and storage within ecosystems.
