Abstract
In order to search for effective measures to improve the early detection of visual forms of oncological diseases such as cervical cancer and breast cancer, and reduce mortality from this pathology, we analyzed statistical data and data from the cancer registry. The dependence of mortality rates during the first year of life from the moment of diagnosis of pathology on the stage of the disease is shown. The data of a sociological study on the need to integrate the activities of obstetrician-gynecologists and family doctors in the early diagnosis of cervical cancer and breast cancer are presented.

Summary
In order to search for effective measures to improve the early detection of visual forms of oncological diseases such as cervical cancer and breast cancer, and reduce mortality from this pathology, we analyzed statistical data and data from the cancer registry. То серйозне занепокоєння викликає онкопатологія і особливо такі візуальні форми раку репродуктивних органів, як рак шийки матки (РШМ) та рак грудної залози (РГЗ). Але в окремих областях запущеність раку шийки матки є значно вищою: Чернігівська (10,3%), Житомирська (9,9%), Дніпропетровська (8,9%), Волинська (8,6%), Херсонська (8,0%), Одеська (7,7%). Організатори охорони здоров’я і лікарі-практики розуміють і знають, що для візуальних форм раку, якою є саме рак шийки матки, ІІІ стадія цього захворювання вважається також занедбаною.
