Abstract

Analysis of campus recruitment data and career counseling in the engineering sector can offer insights about the job market trends, company preferences, and student preferences. These insights will improve career counseling services for students. The effectiveness and impact of career counseling services in the engineering sector can be significantly improved by a thorough analysis of college recruitment data. This research can also assist career counselors in adjusting their offerings to meet the shifting demands of the labor market and guarantee that they are offering engineering students useful and pertinent advice. In this study, an online service application is developed to provide all the information needed by the students about internships industry recruitment, higher education, and government employment. In order to provide career counseling services in the engineering field, it is vital to build a model for campus recruitment data. Linear regression outperforms other traditional models and produces an accuracy of 95.7%.
