Abstract
The breast cancer related gene expression based on Cancer Browser database is investigated in this paper. The demand for cancer diagnosis, treatment and prevention is further enhanced, which is closely related to the more profound understanding of cancer genetic changes. However, at present, when analyzing a large amount of genetic data, the classification method used is the traditional median discrimination method, but this method has different levels of classification effects in many data processing. Several important parameters uesed in this paper, the method is verified and the degree of discrimination is quite different when it is directed to different data. According to this problem, the aim of the current study is to find a way to solve the shortcomings of the traditional methods.
