Abstract
BIM methodology is one of the most effective solutions for the design of masonry veneer construction. BIM implementation in design of veneer facade gives a lot of advantages for architects, designers and masonry contractors. Every participant imagines the model of masonry veneer facades on their own way and use it for different tasks. The three main implementation stages of masonry veneer facades have been analyzed in this article. Using BIM information model analysis of implementation processes, mistakes and solution during the design, production and construction stages.

Siekiant išvengti šių problemų ir jų padarinių, būtina suderinti ir palaikyti nuolatinius informacijos mainus tarp dalyvių, įgyvendinančių statybos projektą, nes projekto įgyvendinimo pradžioje ir laiku priimti projektiniai sprendimai yra ekonomiški ir efektyvesni (Migilinskas 2012; Pavlovskis et al 2016)
− Taikant BIM technologijas dar prieš pradedant statybos darbus būtų išvengta klaidų ir visiems projekto dalyviams būtų prieinama informacija apie mūro konstrukcijų modelį
Summary
Apdailos mūro projektavimas taikant BIM metodologiją yra viena iš efektyvių priemonių dėl projektavimo sudėtingumo. Šiame straipsnyje išsamiai nagrinėjami apdailos mūro projekto etapai taikant informacinį modelį BIM, analizuojami projektavimo, gamybos ir statybos įgyvendinimo etapų procesai, klaidos, taip pat pateikiami efektyvūs sprendimo būdai. T. Visų projekto dalyvių BIM naudojimas leidžia bendradarbiauti kuriant pirminį koncepcinį apdailos mūro fasadą iki jo įgyvendinimo. Tačiau kiekvienas iš šių dalyvių įsivaizduoja apdailos mūro konstrukcijų modelį skirtingai.
