Abstract
In the past, industries were solely concerned with the financial aspects of a company's operations. In order to address the social and environmental impact of their supply chain, many organisations are implementing sustainability principles in their operations. Their supply chain is an example of this. There will be some obstacles to overcome in the process of transforming to a sustainable supply chain. It is necessary to eliminate or mitigate these risks. It is critical to understand and research these obstacles in order to successfully manage them. Stumbling blocks in a specific context The purpose of this research is to identify and analyse the most significant obstacles to long-term sustainability.
