Abstract

Objective To explore anxiety in patients with sudden deafness and effective nursing measures.Methods A total of 71 patients with sudden deafness were selected and divided randomly into experimental group and control group.Experimental group was recieved good nursing intervention,control group was received routine nursing.Nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results All the patients were anxiety because of overly concern about hearing situation and hearing loss affecting their life quality,the age was concentrated from 20 to 60.The anxiety remission rate of experimental group (94.44%) was higher than that of control group (74.29),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =5.51,P < 0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group (91.67%) was higher than the control group (71.43%),the difference was statistically significant (x2 =4.86,P <0.05).Conclusions Good nursing intervention can significandy improve anxiety of patients with sudden deafness,improve nursing satisfaction.
