Abstract
Objective: To analyze the present situation of service ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals, find out problems and put forward suggestions, so as to provide reference for high-quality development of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals. Methods: The basic medical resources, medical service capacity and economic operation of Chinese medicine hospitals in China from 2014 to 2018 were collected and analyzed. Results: The overall development of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospitals in China is good, and the medical resources and medical service ability are constantly improved, but there are still some problems such as waste of hospital bed resources, insufficient proportion of medical staff, insufficient investment in scientific research and so on. Conclusion: TCM hospitals still need to be further reformed to improve their service ability. By means of medical insurance policy support, optimization of health resources allocation and strengthening of scientific research investment, the competitiveness of hospitals should be enhanced and the advantages of TCM hospitals should be brought into full play.
