Abstract

Green building basically refers to environmentally friendly building. At present, green buildings still make up a small share of the global construction industry. At the same time, high-rise buildings are growing in densely populated places, but these buildings consume a lot of energy and resources. Therefore, the green high-rise building is very important. Based on relevant researches, this paper analyzes the design and construction of high-rise green buildings from the aspects of technology, material and economy, taking Shanghai Tower as an example. This paper also argues that advanced computer technology will appear more and more in the future construction projects. High-rise green buildings should minimize the impact on the environment, but also pay attention to the impact of the environment on the building. In addition, adequate investigation and analysis should be carried out to ensure that green technologies are suitable for local climate and resource characteristics. In order to create a good environment for the development of green building, it is necessary for all relevant departments of society to cooperate and reduce the cost of green building. The future development of green buildings still depends on the development of relevant technology, research and education. While ensuring the performance of the building, it is necessary to find more environmentally friendly and cheaper structures and materials as a solution.
