Abstract

Objective To observe the occurrence of adverse drug reaction (ADR)in our hospital and analyze its correlative factors. Methods The 444 case reports of ADR were collected from Jan 2005 to Dec 2009 in our hospital and were analyzed statistically. Results The results were found that female and older patients were more likely to appear ADR. The symptoms of ADR were diversity. The correlative factors of ADR were patients' age, dosage regimen and drug type. Conclusions ADR monitoring should be strengthened and knowledge of ADR should be enhanced so as to lessen and avoid the occurrence of ADR.
