Abstract

Goal. The purpose of the article is to assess the competitiveness of products and determine the competitive advantages of the aviation manufacturing enterprise in a changing environment. Method. To solve this scientific problem used: structural method; comparative analysis; abstract-logical generalization. The results. An assessment of the competitiveness of production products and product portfolio of the aviation enterprise, as well as the competitive advantages. Scientific novelty. The analysis and assessment of the competitiveness of the products of the aviation production enterprise and its product portfolio are carried out, the main competitive advantages of the enterprise are determined taking into account the conditions of turbulent external environment. Practical significance.
