Abstract

Three-dimensional profile measurement system is designed based on the Cortex-M3 series processor. Firstly, a digital low pass filter first is design high performance and low computational cost. Then the output signals from the acceleration sensor, magnetic sensor and gyro are sampled and filtered and a signal modulation circuit is designed to process the signal of gyro, which can improve the efficiency of the sensitive device and effectively suppress the zero drift caused by the device itself. Therefor the stability of the three-dimensional profile measurement system is improved greatly.
