Abstract
Piezoelectric sensors are widely used in high-g impact measurement. This paper designs a piezoelectric sensor acceleration signal acquisition and conditioning system, this system considers the sensor and its adaptation circuit, designs the charge signal conversion and conditioning circuit, analyzes and calculates each module step by step, and performs the overall frequency sweep test of the system. After simulation and experimental analysis, use a signal generator to simulate high-g acceleration signals for experimental verification, the system bandwidth is 1Hz~12kHz. In the conditioning circuit, when high-pass filter cut-off frequency f H ≥ 8Hz and the lowpass cut-off frequency f L ≤ 13.89kHz, the acceleration signal crest error is 6%. Experimental results show that the system has good flatness in the passband, effectively suppresses high-frequency clutter, and provides a solution for the design of piezoelectric sensor conditioning circuits.
