Abstract

The abnormal vibration and noise at the end of high-speed train are studied by means of simulation and measurements. Firstly, the signal characteristics of abnormal vibration and noise at the end are obtained through field measurement. The Simulation of aerodynamic noise in Gangway area and the analysis of Track Test data are conducted to examine the source and transmission path of abnormal vibration noise and figure out its mechanism. The solutions are put forward respectively from the structural design of the control sound source and the damping optimization of the control vibration. The test results show that the abnormal vibration and noise of the vehicle is well suppressed, at 300km/h, the inner noise is reduced by 2.4dB(A) and the fault frequency band is reduced by 4.3dB, the vibration energy of the end wall is reduced by 40%. The control method provide theoretical guidance and basis for vehicle optimization design and fault diagnosis.
