Abstract
The article describes a brief overview of the current condition of technical document of automation tools, formation and creation, and outcomes in terms of improving their efficiency. Electronic document workflow methods are considered and the advantages of their document management of document stages are given. The construction of automatic systems for electronic operation of documents and process of comparative analysis of these documents are presented. Electronic processing documents of railway automation and telemechanics are shown. The effects and security of electronic formation of documents are discussed.
