Abstract

This article discusses the necessity, implementation methods and effectiveness of the performance management in the private enterprises. The main propositions are: analysis of the status and disadvantage of performance management in the private enterprises, performance management's objective is to achieve a win-win with the employees, to combine the performance management with the long-term strategic goals, to reflect consistency with the vision, and finally discusses how to realize the humanity of performance management in the private enterprise. Based on the practice implementation of performance management in Henan Feihong Safety Glass Co., Ltd., it proves that performance management can bring tangible benefits in the private enterprise. The performance management double the staff's initiative to the work, and the corporate sales and profits growing with a rate of 15% -20% every year. Now, the company has become a global supplier of GE Appliance, Whirlpool Corporation, Electrolux Home Appliances and BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgerate GmbH.
