Abstract

For the assembling adjustment of deck sheets in the frame construction block of the offshore platform, the optimized mathematical model is established oriented to reducing the overall error of steel structure based on transformation of coordinates and the least squares method. On the basis of measurement, a comprehensive analysis of column centerline offset, deck degree of level, the deck height request is conduct to guide deck sheet positioning and improve the accuracy of block installation. The critical error columns are identified by the error analysis to reduce the modified workload of the deck.
