Abstract

The principal focus of companies in the 20th century was lead time. It has become more and more competitive. to satisfy. customers. For. instance to perform in the global market,short. lead time are essential to. provide customer satisfaction. Organizations that have focused on cycle lead time as a productivity measure which can reduce delivery time. and improve quality there by satisfying customers. It is against this background that. the main objective of this research is to scrutinize the effect. of lead time management on employee’ s. productivity. This papers. ought to find. out the effect of lead time management on employee’ s productivity. The study was purely based on literature review. From there. view of. several empirical studies it was established that poor customer satisfaction was as a. result of adequate knowledge in logistics taking into consideration cost, time, quality, and quality service. After analyzing the data,the ensuring findings revealed that in spite of the results it still has a lot of setbacks. coming from the. methodology used,time,and geographical limitations. From this conclusion, this study hope store commends that the organization customers, should implement modern. ICT tools,good relation ship between workers and respect lead time,the skills of employment. should be taken into consideration as though skills are bound to be enhanced efficiently and effectively leading to high performance increasing out put and profit.
