The pollen allergy or hay fever, is a seasonal disease associated with the presence of pollen grains of some anemophilous species which is abundant in the air
To study the pollen counts of Casuarina genus (Casuarinaceae) in the atmosphere of Sidi Amar (South Annaba) city and the effect of meteorological parameters on the pollen production, a daily airborne study was done during a period of 7 months from August, 2012 to February, 2013 using the gravimetric method (Durham, 1946)
