The possibility of application the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Controller - ANFC in the structure of sensorless vector controlled induction motor drive (DTC-SVM and DFOC) as a so-called neuro fuzzy speed compensator are presented in the paper. In the paper the experimental results of the vector controlled induction motor drive system under different conditions are presented. Drive operations in the low speed region are presented.
