Abstract
In order to achieve the development goals of Gampong Dayah, it is necessary to develop the active role of all stakeholders involved in the preparation of the RPJMG as a planning document for the development of Gampong Dayah. Stakeholder classification or categorization is used to understand the interests and influence of each party involved, and how this can support or threaten the performance of a gampong governance. Stakeholder categorization analysis was carried out using an influence and interest matrix. Data was collected using a questionnaire to be distributed to respondents who were determined intentionally (purposive sampling). Based on the mapping in the influence and interest matrix, stakeholders in the process of preparing the RPJM in Gampong Dayah Village in Batee District can be categorized into 1). Key players, namely Keuchik, Sekdes, TPG, Village and District Facilitators. 2) Context Setter, namely DPMG. 3) Subjects are General Chair, Government Chair, Development Chair and Community Elements. And 4) Crowd, namely TA, Head of PKK, Religious Leaders and Bappeda.
