Abstract

The application of credit or commonly referred to as credit analysis is important in assessing customers before providing loans or credit. With credit analysis, the bank can find out which customers are eligible or not given a loan. The research objective was to determine the procedures for granting Guna Bhakti credit at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten Tbk KCP Tebet (Bank BJB KCP Tebet), obstacles and solutions faced by Bank BJB KCP Tebet regarding the implementation of Guna Bhakti loans. The research uses qualitative methods, and data collection techniques by interviewing the management of Bank BJB KCP Tebet. The results showed that the procedure for granting credit for devotional service carried out by Bank BJB KCP Tebet had been channeled effectively and efficiently.
