Abstract

One attempt to improve the welfare of the district Gemawang is through focusing on the plantation sector, for the plantation sector has great potential in employment. In District Gemawang, the plantation sector to contribute in terms of labor absorption, but absorption of labor disproportionate to the value of the investment, the value of wages and production value .. The population in this study is a plantation company in the District 7 County Waterford Gemawang the same time as the sample. Variable is the productivity of research, sefisiensi, and farming as independent variables. Data collection methods taken by the method of documentation, questionnaires and interviews or questionnaires. Data analysis methods are multiple linear regression analysis with the program were analyzed using SPSS 17 for windows. The results of regression analysis showed that partially or simultaneously there is no influence of Atara value of labor, land area against District Gemawang efficiency in County Waterford. Based on the results obtained by regression analysis of R square value of 0.967 which indicates that the influence of land area, production, labor, and capital efficiency in the District of Gemawang County Waterford. by 98.1% while 1.9% influenced by other variables that are not incorporated into the model. From the research we can conclude that there are positive effects of land, labor on the efficiency of the District Gemawang in County Temanggung. See this then you should 1.
