Abstract


 PT PLN is one of the important companies for the country for the needs of public electricity and the only electricity company in Indonesia. PT PLN also works with several vendors in the areas of Bandung, Ujung Berung, and Kopo. To facilitate the electrical administration process, PT PLN issued an application called SIPAT. The research methodology used is quantitative and qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. In collecting the data obtained is the numbers and the data obtained from the research done directly in the field. Qualitative methods are done by observing interviews and literature studies from the journal. With the use of SIPAT application administration process in generating budget amount until payment becomes more effective.
