 Learning patterns are currently experiencing a shift, especially by the development of science technology and research on learning models. This research aims to see the knowledge of Tadris IPA students at UIN SUSKA Riau about inquiry-based virtual laboratories as learning methods and media that can be applied in this digital era and school conditions which is not sufficient, the research method is an online survey using google form with a quantitative approach, the sample of this research is 30 students. Knowledge data about virtual laboratories for teachers obtained from the distribution of questionnaires which were opened by 7 questions. The data is then processed in the form of a percentage. From the survey results above, it can be seen that all Tadris IPA students at UIN Suska Riau know about inquiry-based virtual labs and 50% of students consider this learning method to have a significant impact on learning outcomes, half of the sample population is still hesitant to use inquiry-based virtual labs. when they become teachers. based on the results of the study, it can be said that the students of Tadris IPA UIN SUSKA Riau are quite literate about inquiry-based virtual-labs. The results of this study can be used as information for educators, researchers and further educational institutions to promote learning models using an inquiry-based virtual laboratory.
