Abstract

Traditional markets have many weaknesses, which have become basic characteristics, starting from physical conditions, management and appearance that are not as good as modern shopping centers, limited operational time, lack of technology, low levels of cleanliness, lack of sales promotions, low levels of security. low and there are many other shortcomings. This complex weakness causes consumers to switch from traditional markets to modern markets and it can turn off traditional market traders. This study aims: (1) To find out and analyze the management of traditional markets and traders' resources simultaneously affect the income of traders at the traditional market of Boyolangu, Tulungagung Regency. (2) To find out and analyze the traditional market management partially affects the income of traders at the Boyolangu traditional market, Tulungagung Regency. (3) To find out and analyze the traders' resources partially influence the income of traders at the Boyolangu traditional market, Tulungagung Regency. (4) To find out and analyze the management of traditional markets and which traders' resources have the most dominant influence on the income of traders at the traditional market of Boyolangu, Tulungagung Regency. This research is descriptive and verification carried out through data collection in the field, so the research method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The analysis used on data in the form of numbers. While the data analysis methods are: (1) Descriptive Statistical Analysis, (2) Classical Assumption Test, including: (a) Multicollinearity, (b) Normality, (c) Linearity, (3) Inferential Statistical Analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Traditional Market Management and Trader Resource Variables together have a significant influence on Trader's Income. (2) The management of Traditional Markets has a statistically significant effect on the income of traders. (3) Trader's Resources statistically have a significant change effect on Trader's Income. (4) Merchant resources have a dominant influence on the income of traders in the Boyolangu Tulungagung Traditional Market.
