Abstract

The existence of government assistance in the Allocation of Village Funds or often called ADD village funds for each village which is very large in number and is managed directly by villages throughout Indonesia is currently a hot topic of discussion in the country with the priority of using the budget for development and community empowerment, so it is necessary also good management of village funds by the Banjar Negeri Village Government, Way Lima District, Pesawaran This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive type of research design, which is a study that is intended to provide an overview of the Management of Village Funds in Community Empowerment in Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency. The data used in the study are primary and secondary data, obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. From the results of this study, it can be seen that:1.The management of village funds in empowering the people of Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency starts from activities: in the form of planning a development program that has involved all elements of the community, and prioritizes community participation. 2. Realization of development programs and community empowerment activities originating from village funds in community empowerment in Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency in the form of: Construction of road infrastructure and agricultural infrastructure, carried out by underprivileged and unemployed village community members in Banjar Negeri Village Way Lima Subdistrict, Pesawaran Regency, both as workers and experts, through the village cash labor-intensive program. 3. Efforts to Overcome Obstacles to the Management of Village Funds in Community Empowerment in Banjar Negeri Village, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency, the Banjar Negeri Village Apparatus, Way Lima District, Pesawaran Regency made adjustments to the program, then when the village funds were disbursed, they immediately started implementing the program.
