Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze the influence of job insecurity towards job satisfaction and organizational commitment and its result on job performance from outsourcing employees that works in PT Upaya Kelola Profitama Malang. This study uses job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment as variables to analyze outsourcing employee's job performance. Besides, this study is purposed to analyze the influence of job insecurity towards job performance which is moderated by job satisfaction and also organizational commitment. The influence of job insecurity towards organizational commitments which is moderated by job satisfaction is also analyzed. The population of this study are the outsourcing employees of PT Upaya Kelola Profitama Malang, the populations are 248 with 154 samples are being used on three divisions : cleaning service, parking and security. The data gathered using questionnaires method by giving the list of the questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent. The method that is used in this study is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with SPSS software version 15.0. The result of this study shows that variables job insecurity, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have direct effect towards employee's job performance. This study also shows that there is an indirect and significant influence of job insecurity towards job performance through job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
