Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the income and added value generated from moringa processing at CV Atlantic located in Tanjung Ara Village, Tanah Jambo Aye District, North Aceh Regency. This type of research is a case study using quantitative data. To analyze income and added value, the Hayami method was used. The data used in this study were collected through in-depth interviews with moringa processing business owners, based on a questionnaire guide. The results showed that moringa processing at CV Atlantic provides benefits for the company because the income is greater than the production costs. Revenue per month from original moringa tea products amounted to Rp.9,456,875, red ginger moringa tea amounted to Rp.21,624,875, and moringa coffee beans amounted to Rp.17,872,050. In addition, the added value of moringa processing was also calculated, with the added value of original moringa tea amounting to Rp.18,761.00, red ginger moringa tea amounting to Rp.54,916.00, and moringa coffee beans amounting to Rp.327,867.00. The added value generated from moringa processing is greater than zero (NT>0), so it can be concluded that moringa processing provides added value.
