Abstract

Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) is a pioneering populist-based business that is developing quite rapidly. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are also one of the factors that can create economic growth. The development of MSMEs is a reaction from the industrial revolution in the 4th stage which increasingly emphasizes the mechanization system in the production process. Fostering MSMEs is one way to maintain the existence of developing MSMEs and can bring new MSMEs. The Sragen Regency Government has poured efforts on the Sragen Regency Regulation No. 3 of 2013 concerning MSMEs. Kedawung District, Sragen Regency is one of the targets of the policy. Kedawung District itself is also famous for its rich natural resources such as extensive rubber trees. This study aims to analyze the accuracy of the implement MSME coaching policies in Kedawung District, Sragen Regency. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative type with informants including the Sragen Regency Industry and Trade Office, the Sragen Regency Cooperative and MSME Office, the FEDEP, the Private sector, as well as several MSME actors who received guidance. The results of the study showed that the accuracy of the implement the general coaching policy for MSMEs was found to be in accordance with applicable regulations, mainly supported by cooperate between actors. The collaboration was carried out between the private sector, the agency, FEDEP and the direct participation of the local government, although there were still obstacles in it related to the regulations above, less than the ideal role of the local government such as the government in the sub-district and village or village environment. Awareness of SMEs who are less pro-actively influencing the performance of the training carried out.
