Abstract
This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about, 1) the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 2) the influence of career development on job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 3) the influence of school climate on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. 4) the influence of motivation, career development and school climate on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru Pidie Jaya District. The results of the study are: 1) There is a direct and indirect effect of motivation on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 28.41%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of career development on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 30.63%. 3) There is a direct and indirect influence of school climate on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency, which is 41.07%. 4) Simultaneously, the variables of motivation, career development and school climate have an effect on the job satisfaction of elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency. 5) The residual value of the role of the variable that is not studied is 56.7%. The residual value indicates that there are other factors that can affect job satisfaction variables such as teacher performance, principal leadership, organizational commitment, education and training and others
