Abstract
 This research aims to determine what factors influence the purchasing decisions “Heehjek” online motorcycle services in the city of Nganjuk. Collecting data by using observation techniques and online questionnaires. The population of this research is all consumers who have used the "Heehjek" Online Ojek Transportation service in Nganjuk City more than once. The sample collection technique uses the slovin formula.
 The measurement scale in this research uses a Likert scale with a score of 4 -1. The factor analysis technique that the researcher uses is KMO (Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin) assisted by IBM SPSS 25 software for window that produces 24 variables that make up the 5 component factors. Factor 1 is the suitability of price with product quality. Factor 2 is time decisions. Factor 3 is the determination of time. Factor 4 is the quality of conformity and factor 5 is reliability. (3) The most important factor in this study in influencing the decision to use online motorcycle taxi transportation services "Heehjek" in Nganjuk City, is factor 1 price match with product quality.
