Abstract

This research case study is at the Indonesian College of Informatics and Computers (STIKI) Malang, which is located on Jl. Raya Tidar 100 Malang, Karangbesuki, Breadfruit, Malang City. The HOT Fit success model uses two methods, namely the inner model and the outer model. The outer model uses validity and reliability tests while the inner model method uses R-Square. There are 6 variables used in the HOT Fit success model, including system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, and benefits. The implementation of the HOT Fit success model on the use of e-learning is expected to get positive and significant results. In addition, research results can be used as evaluation material to provide the best service to students. Based on the results of the outer model, it states that all variables are valid and reliable. While the results of the inner model show that the value of the research results is close to 1 or 100%, it is stated that all variables are good to use.
