Abstract

This study examines the factors that influence the growth of the farmasi industry sector and the implications for the availability of labor , this study was conducted nationally, especially the manufacturing industry in the field of pharmaceutical industry, Raw Materials drug production, and traditional medicine. The implementation of the study began the collection of secondary data for 6 months from August 2020 to December 2020, as well as processing from October 2020 to February 2021. This includes designing the required secondary data model, carrying out the collection, and processing of the secondary data, which comes from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Capital Security Coordinating Board (BKPM), Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Next make a report of the results of this study using Eviews 10 software. This study uses expost-facto design using existing data and formed in these bodies before this research is carried out. Variable research as predictor is independent variable there are 10 variables consisting of: Invstasi PMA, investment PMDN, General Inflation, Interest rate Indonesia, Rupiah exchange rate, Number of Industrial companies, Total Export production, Total Credit PMA, Total Credit PMDN, Portfolio Investment, and variable dependents are Y and Z namely: growth of manufacturing industry sector, and Labor availability.
