Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of motivation, leadership, work environment, organizational culture, work performance and competence on employee performance. The method used was a quantitative method. The research method was carried out by survey, distributing questionnaires randomly in manufacturing companies, the sample obtained was 191 people. The results showed that the dependent variable of employee performance was 66.7% which could be explained through independent variables, namely leadership, motivation, work environment, work performance, organizational culture, compensation and competency, while the rest is explained by factors outside the model. Employee performance is not significantly influenced by motivation factors, leadership factors, work environment factors, work performance factors, and organizational culture factors. Meanwhile, competency and compensation factors have a significant effect on performance. Researchers recommend that further research be able to increase the number of respondents, in-depth literature studies, and expand research objects and variables.
