Abstract

The quality of one's sleep can be influenced by several factors, including environmental conditions, physical, activity, and lifestyle. In the process of studying in tertiary institutions, students have various kinds of challenges. Students who have poor sleep quality will experience various problems both related to academic and non-academic activities. In general, the authors conclude that the independent variable simultaneously does not significantly influence the dependent variable. Exercise habits have no significant effect on sleep quality and the burden of college work has no significant effect on sleep quality. The independent variable can explain the dependent variable by 9.7%, while 90.3% is explained by other factors not included in the model. The resulting Linear Regression Model is Y (Sleep Quality) = 3.442 - 0.149 X1 + 0.230 X2. This explains that sleep quality decreases by 0.149 if exercise habits increase by one unit. In other words, any decrease in sleep quality requires exercise habits. Sleep quality decreases by 0.230 if the burden of college assignments rises by one unit. In other words, any decrease in sleep quality requires exercise habits.
