Abstract

This research was conducted on Student Department of Economics and Business Faculty of Pattimura University of Ambon. The purpose of this study is among others to get a picture of student entrepreneurship interest. The formulation of the problem is how the culture and motivation directly influence the role of lecturers and how the culture and motivation directly affect the entrepreneurship intent of the students majoring in the management of the Faculty of Economics and Business Pattimura University Ambon. This research method is Survey with simple random sampling technique with quantitative analysis approach. Data collection using questionnaires. Data is processed using Lisrel. Analyzer using Multivariate SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result shows that culture and motivation influence to the role of lecturer, culture and motivation influence to entrepreneurship intention and lecturer role influence to student entrepreneurship intention.
