Abstract

Field Work Practice (FWP) is a form of systematic and synchronous implementation of educational programs at schools/campuses with programs for mastering skills obtained through direct work activities in the world of work to achieve a certain level of expertise. This study aims to determine the mental workload of office employees using the NASA-TLX method at PT. Total auto self. The results of the study using the National Aeronautics And Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method from the 2 employees/office pt. Total Auto Mandiri. All of them have a high category of mental workload. For the first worker on behalf of Icha Septiawati, female gender, office position, accounting department has wwl with a rate of 98.6%.
