Abstract

This research aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the legal aspects related to the use of electronic contracts in business agreements. Electronic contracts are becoming increasingly prevalent in the modern business landscape, yet there are still legal challenges that need to be addressed. By examining existing regulations and policies, this research identifies the legal implications of using electronic contracts in business agreements, including legal recognition, protection of involved parties, and dispute resolution. Additionally, the study evaluates the practical impact of electronic contracts on the efficiency and security of business transactions. Positive and negative implications from a legal perspective are explored to provide a comprehensive view of the implementation of electronic contracts. The results of this research can offer valuable insights for legal practitioners, business entities, and policymakers to understand the legal and operational consequences of using electronic contracts in business agreements in the current digital era.
